REFUND/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND: When requesting a refund, please provide your receipt along with an explanation to feedback@queenafua.com. Enter REFUND REQUEST in the subject line. PLEASE DO NOT CALL our office before the 7-14 business days processing period regarding your refund if you have already sent the email, it will slow the process and delay your refund. 

 

REFUND YOUR ERROR: The Queen Afua Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse to provide monetary refunds solely based on buyers remorse.

 

REFUND OUR ERROR: If you make your request for a refund based on discrepancies which are the responsibility of QAWC, an investigation of your claim will take approximately 7-14 business days and you will be notified of the results by email. 

 

RETURNS: We will only accept unopened packages and/or products within 3 business days of purchase or delivery for a full refund. 

 

EXCHANGES: We will only accept unopened packages and/or products for exchanges within 3 business days of purchase or delivery.
